I wonder if anyone has any tips for traveling abroad (South Korea to Toronto, Canada and back) with milk and peanut allergies. Even if I this trip many times I have recently discovered I am allergic to milk and a little allergic (to peanuts, among other things, but they are the most significant).

What do I need to know, or something that I need to prepare for this? Could also be a ban on liquids is a problem, suggestions?
